Built on ownership.

Designed for founders.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Sammy Castro, PMP

“Most founders don’t have a tech problem. They have an ownership problem.”

Right now someone on your team holds the keys to everything. Google Workspace. The domain registrar. The hosting account. Vendor contracts. And when that person leaves, whether on good terms or bad, you find out just how much of your business lived in one person's head and not in your systems.

“I'm the person in the room whose job it is to make sure your technology and systems never become a crisis.”

And when it already has, I step in, stabilize what's broken, and build the structure that keeps it from happening again.

Before founding LC Tech I spent over 15 years inside organizations where technology and operations intersect under real pressure. Seven years at Apple. Academic technology leadership including Google Workspace administration at the institutional level. And inside nonprofits, where I owned technology, operations, and project management across departments. And that's why I see what most technical people miss: the human and operational side of why systems break down.

Built on real-world experience:

15+ years in tech | PMP Certified | Google Workspace Admin Certified

You've built something real.
Your technology should reflect that.

  • The Single Point of Failure

One person on your team holds access to everything. When they leave, you realize the business ran through them, not through systems. You need structure that survives any one person walking out the door.

  • The Overloaded Founder

You're chasing vendors, troubleshooting tools, and making tech decisions you're not equipped to make alone. Every hour you spend on this is an hour you're not spending on the business you actually built.

  • The Scaling Problem

What worked at five employees is breaking at twenty. Files are everywhere, onboarding is inconsistent, and nobody is building the infrastructure ahead of your growth. You need someone thinking two steps ahead.

Not tickets. Not helpdesk.
Ongoing ownership of the systems your business runs on.

  • Governance & Access Control

Role-based access structure, onboarding and offboarding oversight, permission audits, and security vulnerability identification across your core platforms.

  • Systems & Workflow Design

SOPs, onboarding workflows, and digital infrastructure built inside the tools you already use so your team can actually follow them.

  • Risk & Maturity Assessment

Audits that surface your points of failure before they become crises. Prioritized remediation so you know what to fix first and why.

  • Strategic Tech Guidance

System selection, implementation planning, and monthly strategic reviews that align your technology decisions to where your business is going.

  • Vendor Accountability

One point of coordination across all your vendors. No more chasing answers from people who aren't accountable to your business outcomes.

  • Operational Rhythm

Monthly oversight cadence, executive summaries, and defined next steps. You always know what's been done, what's at risk, and what's coming next.
